NOTICE

Effective today, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, and in preparation for the Tropical Storm force winds from Hurricane Milton, No permit inspections will be conducted on Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10, 2024 TBD.  We will keep monitoring and evaluating the development of the impact of the storm in our community, and we will provide timely updates as conditions change.

• Inspection request received Monday through Friday prior to 3:30 p.m. will be scheduled for the next business workday.
• Inspections received Monday through Friday after 3:30 p.m. will be scheduled for the second business workday.
• Request for After Hours, Weekend and Holiday inspections needs to be noted under “Areas to Inspect.”
• To cancel an inspection, you need to text Nate Mateo at (305) 767-9562 on the same day as the inspection was originally requested.
• Inspections cannot be grouped you need to submit a separate request for each inspection, i.e.
  • • Building – Drywall – separate request
    • Building – Framing – separate request

NOTE: Inspection services will not be available on the following observed Holidays. Inspection services will resume on the next business day following the observed holiday. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be the observed holiday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be the observed holiday.
